Tartan Red Blend, 2019, paired with Filet Mignon “Bourguignon”, mushrooms, baby carrots, pearl onions, lardon, cabernet jus
Hollis Cabernet Sauvignon, 2019, paired with a selection of French and Domestic cheeses
One table available for a VIP experience that includes a meet and greet, additional (highly allocated) pour, and private table. Ticket comes with food and wine pairing for up to 10 guests.
