Our Grafted Enthusiast’s Club Lockers are a step up from the rest. As a locker holder, the relationship gets deeper. Our stewards will get to know you and your palette so that we can curate the best fit for your unique tastes. With your locker being a yearly commitment, we seek out the most special selections and allocations – and surprise you with a bottle each quarter. The rest of the year it is a team effort. If you want to grab a special release and we can get it for you, then it’s yours to purchase and squirrel away in your locker. Enjoy table-side service of your collection when you dine with us.

Terms & Conditions

  • Membership is paid upon membership signup and initial order will be received on the next scheduled quarterly pick up date.
  • Fees are charged on the 1st day of the month preceding the next available quarterly order pickup. January 1st membership is billed December 1st, April 1st membership is billed March 1st, July 1st membership is billed June 1st, October 1st membership is billed September 1st.
  • If member joins after the 1st of the month and prior to the pickup for that quarter, then member must wait until next release- eg. Sign-up June 15th, 1st pickup of order is October 1st.
  • Membership orders will be available for pick up the 1st of the month, based on membership level calendar.
  • Only one person can be enrolled per membership. Accounts under the same name and address will be automatically combined.
  • All fees charged, including memberships purchased as gifts, are non-refundable.
  • All Club benefits are activated promptly following registration in the Club, regardless of the billing of the membership fees. Members will receive an initial order for pickup on the quarter following registration.
  • Payments that are declined will result in an automatic hold on the member account. If the account is not brought current within 10 days, the membership will be automatically terminated.
  • Membership benefits may vary, determined by special promotional offers, geographic location, club participation, or the volume or type of purchases made by a member.
  • You must present your club membership number with every transaction in order to assure accurate tracking of your membership benefits. In order to be eligible for membership benefits your account must be (1) open, (2) in good standing and (3) membership fees must be current.
  • Availability: All Club members acknowledge that Grafted’s selected monthly wines/whiskeys provided to Club members are limited in quantities and may not always be available at the time of pick-up, especially in the event that wine/whiskey selections are not picked up in a timely manner. In all cases, Grafted, in its sole discretion, may substitute another wine or whiskey for any selection that is no longer reasonably available, without any adjustment or refund.
  • Membership Term, Changes and Renewal: All memberships, except for gift memberships, are on a quarter to quarter basis, and your membership automatically renews each month on the fourth Tuesday of the month preceding the month when the wine/whiskey is available for pickup (“charge out date”). Gift memberships are for the terms specified during purchase.
  • If you wish to cancel your membership, you must let us know at least thirty (30) days prior to the charge out date of the month preceding the quarter for which your cancellation is to be effective, and any fees already charged for any membership, including any quarterly fees, are non-refundable. In addition, it is your responsibility to inform Grafted of any changes to your membership record and information. Changes to your membership account and information, other than cancellations, may be submitted online through the Member Information page available under the Wine Club tab on the Website, in person at one of our stores or by calling 775-507-2400.
  • Member discounts and benefits are not valid with other special offers or discounts offered. Member benefits are non-transferable.
