New Year’s Soirée

You’re invited to Grafted’s New Year’s Eve Celebration! We can’t think of a better way to ring in the New Year than with all of our favorite people, so let’s get together for a luxurious evening.

Join us for dinner anytime between 4pm-8:30pm on New Year’s Eve. We will be offering a pre-fixed menu with a complementary glass of bubbles at the door.  Reservations can be made through our website, or give us a call at (775)-507-2400. Our wonderful community has given us a truly great year, and we couldn’t be more excited to see what’s next. Come celebrate with us!

Course 1

~salmon cake with spring greens and lemon-caper vinaigrette ~

~golden beet & blue cheese puff with balsamic glaze~

Course 2

~lobster bisque with lobster tail and chive oil~

~escarole & frisée salad with fresh fig, goat cheese, and lemon thyme vinaigrette~

Course 3

~filet with brown butter hollandaise, shaved brussels sprouts, and potatoes pave~

~potato gnocchi w/ grana padano cream, pea shoots, balsamic, and lemon~

Course 4

~chocolate tart with espresso whipped cream~

Dinner is $100 per person and is payable the night of the event.

All attendees must be 21+
