This wine is characterised by grace and elegance. The bouquet is full and ethereal of ripe fruit and cherries in alcohol accompanied by typical nuances of the Mediterranean scrub such as lavender, thyme and wild mint. On the palate it has a very large and sweet opening. The silky tannin spreads a dense texture accompanied by a warm and lively body where notes of fresh coconut and sweet

Pape, in the commune of Orange, the Jaume family
has been dedicated to the art of wine growing since
1826. Founded by Mathieu Jaume, the Domaine is

Alain Jaume & his children Christophe, Sébastien,

Aubry Montagne
de Reims

Champagne Brut NV

One of the most original estates in Champagne, Aubry Fils is located in the village of Jouy-lès-
Reims, in the western sector of the Montagne de
Reims. Of the estate’s 15 hectares of vines, 12 lie in
Jouy and the nearby villages of Pargny-lès-Reims,
Villedommange and Coulommes-la-Montagne, all of which are classified as premier cru; the other
three hectares are located elsewhere and are sold
off to the négoce.

Twin brothers Pierre and Philippe farm parcels in the limestone and clay soils of Jouy, as well as sites in three other premiere cru villages.

Marimar
Christina

Pinot Noir 2017

The Don Miguel Vineyard Named after the late
patriarch of the Torres family, this sustainable
vineyard is located in the Green Valley — the
coolest, foggiest region of the Russian River Valley,
only ten miles from the Pacific. The European-style
high density of over 2,000 vines per acre provides
low yields and requires intensive labor; but the
vines live longer and the grapes acquire better
balance and greater concentration.

Why ‘Cristina’? Named after her only daughter, Cristina, this wine is a barrel selection from a unique blend of our Pinot Noir clones that we feel best represent the terroir, or personality, of the Don Miguel Vineyard.

Farmstrong
Wines

Claret 2017

Modeled after the classic “Clairet” of Bordeaux,
which were Bordeaux red blends that were more
moderate in tannin, often blended with Malbec to
craft a softer wine, the Farmstrong Field Claret is a
field blend of grapes picked on the same day, from
the same family vineyard, and then co-fermented
(all fermented in the same tank together). It’s a
blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec &
Petit Verdot from the Johnson Family Home Ranch
in Ukiah, CA

Anthem
Winery

Sangiovese Blanc 2019

The Sauvignon Blanc Musque clone sings in this
wine, showcasing a bright bouquet of honeysuckle
and fresh flowers like jasmine and wisteria on the
nose. These fresh scents lead to a full-bodied taste
that is especially silky mid-palate due to the
addition of 2.5% Semillon. The rich palate displays
alluring notes of passion fruit, lemon merengue,
and apple pie crust, followed by a long lingering
finish. Only 92 cases were produced of this
exquisite, handcrafted wine.

Montepulciano 2018

100% Montepulciano, this delicious wine comes from 15-20 year old vines trained using the ancient method of trellising, known as “pergola.” They are planted to clay-rich soils, hand-harvested and wild yeast fermented for 2 weeks on the skins in stainless tanks. WhistlePig
15 yr

Rye

WhistlePig, a distiller and distributor of premium rye whiskeys, has seen the buffets of fortune but continues to grow at what chief marketing officer Jason Newell termed “a sustainable pace,” although
that growth may be tested as the COVID-19 epidemic continues to strain the hospitality sector that has been a key partner in the company’s success.

“We are constantly pushing ourselves to try new things and to unlock the potential of Rye Whiskey. We protect what makes Rye Whiskey great, toss out the rest, and then innovate to make it
better.”

Willett
6yr Rare

Sangiovese 2017

Willett Distillery has and continues to source whiskey and distill their own whiskey depending on the product. Willett Distillery operates under the name Kentucky Bourbon Distillers. Willett produces the Family Estate Bourbon (Purple Top), Family Estate Rye (Green Top), Willett Pot Still Bourbon, Noah’s Mill, Rowan’s Creek, Old Bardstown, and Pure Kentucky. In 2010, Willett began distilling and
producing their own whiskey again for the first time
since 1980. To celebrate this rebirth, in 2014, Willett released a 2 year old rye whiskey made of their own whiskey. This bottle is one of their highly sought after “purple tops”, a single barrel bourbon whiskey.

To this day, descendants of Thompson Willett are still carrying on the family tradition of making Kentucky Bourbon and Kentucky Rye Whiskey at the same spot that Thompson and his family operated over 80 years ago.

Widow Jane 15 yr
The Vaults

Bourbon

The 2021 release combines 15-17 year old bourbons that have been carefully selected from our stocks housed in Red Hook by our very own Lisa Wicker. The whiskey is finished in unique Adirondack Oak casks coopered with 42 month air-
seasoned wood (50% longer than the standard 1-2
years). The extended outdoor maturation of the staves softens tannins and greenness in the wood yielding a one-of-a-kind flavor profile influenced by
each season. The result is an intense whiskey with
hints of cream, smoke, and spice.

“We work each day within this city, over these cobblestone streets, in Red Hook at the juncture of old and new New York City. Where things get done in their own way — a place that defines itself.”

High West
High Country

American Single Malt

High Country™ American Single Malt made in our
copper pot stills high in the Wasatch Mountains of
Utah. As admirers (and imbibers) of the famed
single malt whiskies of Scotland, we wanted to
create a uniquely crafted version of an American
single malt. To provide the robust, flavor-forward
profile more typical of American whiskeys and of
our High West style, High Country™ American
Single Malt is distilled “on-the-grain.” This means
that we leave the grain in during fermentation and
distillation, instead of filtering it out.

High West is
Utah’s first legal
distillery since 1870
and the world’s only
ski-in gastro-
distillery.

Barrell
Gold Label

Bourbon

Barrell Craft Spirits Gold Label Bourbon is a blend
of 16- and 17-year-old straight bourbons. Barrels for this release were selected from four different
collections: cherry bomb barrels with a rich mouthfeel, nutty oak-forward barrels, high proof
and high complexity barrels, and barrels with pronounced milk chocolate notes. The last group underwent a secondary maturation in toasted virgin American oak casks before being added to this intricate and seductive blend.”

“Our goal is to select and blend products that explore different distillation methods, barrels and aging environments, and bottle them at cask strength.”
